Change of Mind
As our pieces are carefully sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacements will be offered where parcels are confirmed lost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and unable to be stopped.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
